Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Cancellation before service start:

  • You can cancel free of charge 48 hours before service start
  • Full refund of paid amount

Cancellation after service start:

  • Used days will be calculated
  • Refund of remaining amount (if any)
  • Administrative fees may apply

2. Refund Requests

You can request a refund in the following cases:

  • Service not provided as agreed
  • Unresolved technical issues
  • Billing error

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Fully completed services
  • Custom services
  • Annual licenses and subscriptions (after 14 days)

4. Refund Procedures

  1. Submit refund request via email
  2. Request review within 3-5 business days
  3. Refund processing within 7-14 business days

5. Refund Method

  • Refund will be made using the original payment method
  • Process may take 5-14 business days depending on the bank

6. Discounts and Offers

  • Services purchased with discount may only refund the paid amount
  • Promotional offer values are not refundable
