Cancellation before service start:
- You can cancel free of charge 48 hours before service start
- Full refund of paid amount
Cancellation after service start:
- Used days will be calculated
- Refund of remaining amount (if any)
- Administrative fees may apply
2. Refund Requests
You can request a refund in the following cases:
- Service not provided as agreed
- Unresolved technical issues
- Billing error
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Fully completed services
- Custom services
- Annual licenses and subscriptions (after 14 days)

- Refund processing within 7-14 business days
