How can I register for courses?
You can register for courses by logging into your account, going to the courses page, selecting the appropriate course and clicking the "Register Now" button. You will receive a confirmation email after completing registration.
Can I access courses after they end?
Yes, after completing the course you can access all course materials and recorded lectures for an additional 6 months. This allows you to review content and strengthen your knowledge.
What happens if I miss a lecture?
All lectures are recorded and made available to you immediately after they end. You can watch recorded lectures at your convenience through the e-learning platform.
How do I get a course completion certificate?
To receive a course completion certificate, you must attend at least 80% of lectures and pass the final exam with 70% or more. The certificate will be issued automatically after meeting these requirements.
Are the certificates accredited?
Yes, all our certificates are accredited by the National Training Center and carry a unique accreditation number that can be verified electronically.
How can I verify a certificate?
You can verify any certificate by visiting the "Certificate Verification" page and entering the certificate number or verification code found on the certificate. The system will display certificate details immediately.
